Daily Weight Loss Journal
After surgery (or even before surgery) it’s an excellent idea to keep a daily weight loss journal. This journal will help you keep track of this exciting journey. I’ve included a daily weight loss journal here as an example. You are welcome to use this or something else you find. This journal is great because it allows you to search for foods, keep a food diary, a exercise diary, weight history and your diet calendar. Be sure whatever tool you use it is easy for you to do. If it is not easy the less likely we will be at doing it!
